When we pray, request of and experience God, it comes from the very same relational dynamic that exists in the Trinity.

The foundation of the Gospel is knowing God and knowing how Jesus knows God - John 17:3

We exist for the Father as His children through Jesus - 1 Corinthians 8:6

For He chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight. In love He predestined us for adoption to sonship through Jesus Christ, in accordance with His pleasure and will - Ephesians 1:4-5
