Ever wonder how a non-physical entity sees you? Spoiler alert: It’s not your outfit. Seth gave us the lowdown on his visual perspective, and it’s way cooler than a standard mirror reflection.

• The Composite Image: Seth usually doesn’t see your physical body. Instead, he sees a "composite image, an energy reality that is composed of past personalities, and in many cases also of future personalities."
• Focus Shifting: He can zoom in on your current "you" if he wants, but it requires narrowing his focus. Essentially, to Seth, you are a walking timeline of everyone you’ve ever been and will be.
• The Candle Flare: During an unofficial session just days prior, a candle flame shot up noticeably for several minutes while Seth spoke. He mentioned he can pull off these physical party tricks when the medium (Jane/Ruburt) isn't "on guard."

Dreaming Like a Pro

Seth spends a good chunk of this session giving homework on dream recording. If you think your dream journal is enough, Seth says, "Hold my beer."

• The Bedroom Setup: Keep the recorder by the bed. Seth insists that the "motor responses" of walking to another room will "water down" the dream content.
• Voice Recording While Asleep: He suggests two methods for recall: suggesting you wake up to record, or—the ultimate lazy-pro move—recording while still technically asleep.
• The Sequence Hack: Don't just look at one dream. Seth suggests comparing the first dream of Monday with the first dream of Tuesday, and so on. "This should prove highly interesting... results could lead to excellent evidence for the various layers of the subconscious."
• The Checklist: When reviewing your "nightly movies," Seth wants you to note:
  • Primary colors.
  • Unknown characters (pay close attention to these strangers).
  • The historical period (is it 1965 or 1065?).
  • Any telepathic or clairvoyant overlaps with reality.

The Ego: The Galaxy’s Grumpiest Bouncer

Why don’t we all hear Seth-like voices? Because our egos are basically insecure bouncers at a club.

• The Ego Guard: Seth explains that "The ego regards anything but itself as an alien, even the portions of the individual’s own subconscious."
• The Philip Incident: John Bradley (entity name Philip) actually heard Seth’s voice. This only happened because Philip’s ego was distracted and his subconscious gave the "all clear" because Seth was sending a warning about a dangerous situation.
• Future Travel: Seth teased that down the line, we’ll be able to direct our sleeping selves to visit specific locations and bring back data. It’s like remote viewing, but while you’re cozy in your pajamas.

The Dr. Instream Clairvoyant Check-In

Seth ended the night with a psychic "look-in" on a Dr. Instream. He described the doctor sitting at a desk with a brown metal lamp, reading a short letter from a university, and thinking about a framed photo of his wife in a hat. Classic Seth—proving that even in 1965, there was no such thing as privacy from the inner self.
