Lee Ann Lopez Wagner has been an entrepreneur in Honduras since 2012. She had a career in finance and consulting before starting her own wine, retail, technology, and coaching businesses. As we dove deeper it became clear that her issues with leadership were a lot more subtle - they were about clarity
She was lacking the clarity on what it is she wanted and that’s why it was hard to actually execute the next steps for her companies
With this realization Lee Ann was also able to uncover that she thrived in chaos not in peace
This realization was crucial in helping her accept that she was in a time of peace inside of her business and that requires a whole new type of leadership she wasn’t comfortable with
