This week I am getting caught up with my cousin, Erin Lonsway, who lives in Youngstown, OH and is an active member of the community. Erin has a retail store downtown that has had many challenges, and she is also responsible for carrying on the work her mother started when she was diagnosed with ovarian cancer and eventually died in 2012. 

I wanted to invite Erin on the podcast because September is Ovarian Cancer Awareness month and because I wanted to celebrate her positive approach to life and the positive impact she has on the community I grew up in. She definitely is a role model for the power of community and collaboration and the positive ripple effect on the people around her is something to be acknowledged and  celebrated.
