- [ ] 1-Give All Glory to God with Our Bods.
- [ ] 2-Weigh and measure.
- [ ] 3-Go to the grocery store and buy broccoli πŸ₯¦ and spinach pumpkin, flaxseed, sesame and sunflower seeds, grapefruit, lemons πŸ‹, eggs 🍳 avocado πŸ₯‘ sweet potatoes 🍠 coconut oil, bottled water alkaline and whatever else you want to stock up on minus processed foods.
- [ ] 4-Get a good pair of running shoes/ walking shoes and comfy clothes to walk in- yoga pants-sweat pants.
- [ ] 5-When you wake up drink a full bottle of alkaline water that’s place by you bedside table- if you want you can squeeze a full lemon πŸ‹ into your filtered water from the fridge instead and save the lemon haves and boil them later in a teapot for lemon tea πŸ«– water.
- [ ] 6-Find some quiet time to Read The Bible.
- [ ] 7-Start walking daily and chart your steps with my fitness pal or the ❀️ health app on the smartphone.
- [ ] 8-Sleep at least 8 hours a night.
- [ ] 9-Set a personal goal for yourself to have completed by March 18th 2024.
- [ ] 10-Incorporate Dance πŸ’ƒ into your weekly routine dance πŸ’ƒ more often.
- [ ] 11-Stretching πŸ™† your body daily like when we were at PE in grammar school 🏫.
- [ ] 12-Try to eliminate these 5 Sugar, Starches, Salt, Alcohol and Cooking oils from your diet -let’s clean our guts up.
- [ ] 13-Strength training 3x a week.
- [ ] 14-Weight once a week.
- [ ] 15-Try on your pants πŸ‘– once a week like before you go to church β›ͺ️.
- [ ] 16-Thank Jesus Daily in the morning and as much as you can throughout the day and right when you go to sleep πŸ›Œ.
