Some of us might not be doing enough, but many times when you hit a plateau, you are doing too much of the same thing, or too intense, too often. Change it up. Back off. Give your body, muscles, and mind time to rest and recover. Most of the magic happens during recovery. Don’t underestimate doing something less intense, or having more recovery time.
