Lisa is a positive psychologist, writer, speaker, and coach. Lisa’s purpose is to help others gain greater clarity, confidence, and authenticity in their lives. On the show, she discusses the four factors that go into finding your deepest sense of meaning, why thinking about your funeral is actually a good thing, and so much more!

[23:00]  What do you want people to say about you at your funeral?

[27:00] How do you best find your ’deepest sense’ of meaning?

[1:03:30] The universe will give you want you need, but you have to be open to receive it.

[1:06:15] Once somebody finds their purpose, how do they stay on that path?

[1:12:40] Lisa asks Rob some questions! What excites Rob on a daily basis about his life?
