Synopsis

An American woman moves with her husband to Bucharest, Romania so that he can take a new job. Often left alone in their apartment the woman notices a man in an adjacent apartment always seems to be looking out his window, possibly at her? Meanwhile, a murderer called the spider is terrorizing the city, decapitating women. Could the creeper across the way be the culprit?
