So you can't go against what your subconscious thinks you are, and if you have always been a non-exerciser, and you have always been somebody that yo-yos in your diet, then that's who you'll always be unless you change on the unconscious level. So, you know changing your environment and changing your behavior, that's all really great, and that obviously has to happen, but you have to back it up with change in your subconscious, and that's what a transformational coach does.
