How can we possibly be at peace with ourselves when we are not at peace with the world around us?
In Yoga Nidra we go beyond the imprints of our samskaras, and as such any imprinting we do in this stage of the practice can be done at the deepest level, effectively rewriting our old programming.
We become a blank slate, and then use our intention to paint our highest potential on that canvas.
Yoga Nidra is a place of infinite potential; as much of our energy is freed up from doing or holding onto unnecessary things, it can be placed on our powers of manifestation.
When we drop into the realization of our own true capacity, we recognize that our container has no bounds. It can hold anything we choose!
Our true source is limitless. This is true acceptance; we are already complete and whole. Once you see yourself as the container, and not the contained, what you choose to place in that container, and how you choose to use it, is up to you.
I hope you enjoy this Yoga Nidra Meditation.
