We can easily get caught up being wary of strangers and as we get set in our friend groups it can be easy to not think about people we don't know. We can think about strangers as people we get to know. Even our closest friends were once strangers.

Also we talk about the green screen we are using, for those of you watching the video version of the podcast. Maybe we'll start a game for the video podcast: Where in the world are we?

After much reflection, we have made the difficult decision to shut down Project BFF and the podcast. Our last podcast episode aired on August 23, 2024. We are leaving the podcast live on Buzzsprout through the end of 2024.
