God's concern for how we treat each other is clear: look after orphans and widows, defend the rights of the poor and needy. He invites us to join Him in caring for and about others in ways that can change lives and bring justice. Father, would you open our eyes to the injustice in our towns, in our neighborhoods? Would you give us the courage to speak up and speak out that people would be free indeed?
