Grounding is something most of us need and haven't received a lot of formal instruction on. It could feel like not being able to sit still for a seemingly short period of time or it could be related to an experience that has stayed with an individual. This meditation can be a great place to begin building a foundation that helps us to identify and connect the mind and body. It can be something that is practiced daily and takes time to cultivate.
