21 Days of Prayer: Leadership
Words that I hear in my head when I think of leadership are humility, integrity, and faithful to name a few. Leadership is a calling that every man has on his life, no matter what the vocation. Men are naturally leaders. (BTW women are naturally leaders also, after all this is Morning Meditation for Men so allow me to talk to the men). Brothers we have a responsibility to lead our family, our community, and in the work place. We lead. It is my prayer that your leadership skills will improve as you search the scripture and dig down into all that God has called you to do.
Exodus 18:13-23 emphasis 21 (NASB)
21 Furthermore, you shall [q]select out of all the people able men who fear God, men of truth, those who hate dishonest gain; and you shall place these over them as leaders of thousands, [r]of hundreds, [s]of fifties, and [t]of tens.
1 Timothy 4:12 (TPT)
11 Instruct and teach the people all that I’ve taught you. 12 And don’t be intimidated by those who are older than you; simply be the example they need to see by being faithful and true in all that you do. Speak the truth[i] and live a life of purity and authentic love as you remain strong in your faith.
