Today we will have another of my friends pray with us.  Pastor Robert Dunham from the Excelling Church RVA!  He is praying for our mental health.  We as men need to be sure to take care of ourselves.  Seek counseling, Get your mental rest, but most of all give it to God DAILY!  So grab your cup of coffee, grab your device and let's PRAY with Pastor Rob!
