During the holidays it can be difficult for those who have lost loved ones or for those that may spend the holidays by themselves. This can cause for some deep depression. So much so, that suicide may cross one's mind. I want to encourage anyone who may be dealing with depression or deep sadness, to Do Themselves No Harm!!!!!
