Let's preface this with: a girl had a couple of Truly's while editing, so the flow might be off, but when the vibes are good - can you ever be wrong? Besides, I never promised I was perfect - only authentic. So I say that to say: Let's pretend I don't have a full-on career in Advertising, and a degree in marketing.

Many years ago I grabbed my Gucci pumps, packed my bags, and left for Dallas. I nabbed a job at a snazzy little ad agency where I learned about strategy while working on one of the largest accounts in the industry. While there I met a lot of people, including Jessica, known online as Gorjess. Her authenticity and tastemaking abilities made her not only an instant friend but one of my dearest. 

That's why today, as we say goodbye to 2021, I couldn't think of anyone else I would rather have on.
