Things are cracking open, structures and systems are shifting, and yes it is bringing up a lot of anger, division, uncertainty, and sadness, but I want that anger to fuel us. This is the perfect time to acknowledge what's not working in our businesses, in our personal lives, and in our society as a whole -- and even though it feels like a dark time, we need to recognize the beauty and hope in the world so we can show up the way we need to.
