In today's episode I interview the incredible Isilda (Izzy) Da Costa. Izzy was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease at the age of 15. This lead who into becoming an expert in the field of health, fitness and wellbeing. She has gone on to compete in bikini fitness shows and she is the epitome of not letting anything get in her way. She has 3 businesses and one of which is to help coach others who have been diagnosed with an autoimmune disease.
