This week Giovanna and Grant met with Aaron Meldrum from Man Up, a men's mental health support network which recently launched. 

From an idea stemming from reflection on his own mental well being, enhanced by the experiences of a friend, Aaron brought together a group of like minded people which led to the foundation and launch of Man Up. 

Aaron is an inspirational and driven young man determined to have an impact and raise awareness for men's mental health.
