In todays episode I am going to go over 8 common negative narratives we all tell ourselves at one point or another and how these really can hold us back.
Remember, be gentle on yourself as you begin your healing journey/ mind shift journey. It takes time to re-wire the brain. Especially if you've been "stuck" like that for a long time.
