In this episode, I discuss ways that I was able to free myself from a manipulative situation. I revisit the 6 signs of being gaslighted from episode 20 and explain how I directly applied them to my life. It was not an immediate change and I had to work hard at loving myself and demanding the treatment I knew I deserved. The key to freeing yourself from the manipulative hold of a gaslighting mother is self-love and trusting your choices and intuition. Seek validation from within instead of from external sources.
