In this follow-up show from Ian’s original interview (in episode 08), we explore deeper into the mindset of Ian after leaving the armed forces, and what got him to the point of despair.  While Ian’s experience was from the armed forces, other men will have had similar experiences that have driven them to suffer depression and a sense of loss.
