Jem is a Mindfulness Teacher and Teacher trainer and previous secondary school teacher based in Cornwall UK. He shares with us his insights from his discovery of meditation as a support for navigating out of depression in a Buddhist Monestry in Taiwan back to the UK when he discovered modern mindfulness courses for depression to becoming a teacher with a Masters in Mindfulness from Bangor University.
