In January of 1999, a tugboat captain was making his way down the Vistula River on a dreary winter morning in Krakow, Poland. Suddenly, something got stuck in his boat propeller. When the crew went to investigate, they saw some kind pale, rubber-ish, sac-like… spotted looking substance. But when they got closer, they could smell it. It was putrid. And they were horrified and what they were looking at.
