Worrying does not do you any favors, in fact, it’s like shaking your fist at the universe saying, I don’t think you know what you’re doing! Let go of worry, expect the best, and have a listen for more suggestions on what to do instead.

Who answers prayers, and why? Having faith even when it does not seem likely or even make logical sense. Buddhists, Muslims, Christians, Reiki Practitioners and Alcoholics all have something in common and they don’t even know it!

Reciprocal prayers, selfless prayers, and trusting in a higher power, even when you don’t know what that is. Belief, faith, love, all good vibrations when we must trust the unknown. And really, who does know the unknowable? All we know is that love, faith, trust, and belief hold a vibration that allow circumstances in life to meet them and it  feels amazing when we are met with the loving responses from the benevolent Universe, Source, God, however you believe, in return.
