let's talk about what it's like to be in the messy middle of life. not the before, not the after, but the in-between. the space we rarely talk about.

right now for me, that looks like being sick (again), grieving the two-year anniversary of my brother's passing, and sitting with everything that comes along with it. the middle is where we live, where we learn, suffer, grow, and sometimes just try to make it through the day.
