I keep seeing this and I want to talk about it. Productivity is NOT always completing your whole to do list, or studying till late night or waking up early in the morning. Sometimes, it's just getting up and having breakfast and not doing anything else. It's okay to take a break or just do one thing. This whole toxic culture of productivity that has become common is not right. Of course, that doesn't mean slacking off everyday, but it also doesn't mean beating yourself up for not being productive enough. Life is hard and you're making it harder by pushing yourself down this way.
