Laura Heilbronn and I discuss how it all played out for her and how she now helps people manage that transition through her coaching services.

We discuss her move out of her role in Human Resources and Marketing in Argentina, her move from Buenos Aires to Northern New South Wales in Australia, her trial and error process of finding the right career then shifting into full-time coaching where she helps people find their passion and purpose.

For Laura, she had developed a successful career in HR & Marketing in Buenos Aires but she got to a point where she was wanting more.

She did some travel which helped for a while but, when she came back, everything was the same. Eventually, she moved to Australia where she tried a range of different careers and eventually found coaching where she now helps people manage similar transitions, along with bringing all her previous skillsets to the table.

Laura and I both believe that you're allowed to keep changing and trying new things until you find the work that lights you up.
