In this episode, we chat with recent sports science and sports business graduate Olivia Newman. Olivia completed her undergraduate degree midway through this year and is currently working as a Club Services Officer at Australian Sailing. Olivia discusses her transition out of university into the workforce, how she has developed herself professionally throughout this year, her experiences and thoughts on working within larger and smaller sporting organisations and of course her current role and some of the challenges that Australian Sailing has faced this year.
