Michelle Maros is Peaceful Mind Peaceful Life’s Editor-in-Chief and Creative Director. She has a degree in Journalism from Indiana University and is also a certified holistic health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and registered yoga teacher. She teaches regular meditation workshops and seminars on mindfulness, meditation, and personal empowerment.
Barb Schmidt is a meditation teacher, author, mindfulness activist, and the cofounder of Peaceful Mind Peaceful Life. A practitioner of mindfulness and meditation for over 30 years, Barb is the author of the internationally bestselling book The Practice: Simple Tools for Managing Stress, Finding Inner Peace, and Uncovering Happiness. Barb has created and led programs teaching mindfulness in local childhood development centers, high schools, universities, college athletic programs, and transitional programs for young adults with autism. Barb’s deepest desire is that people love, accept, and trust themselves completely, knowing that this inner confidence and strength will lead to a world of peace and love.
