Ramesh worked as a researcher doing fundamental and application research at the Lighting Research Center in the earlier part of his Career.. He moved on as Optical design engineer at Kurt Versen (now part of Hubbell brands) and got them using LED's in their downlights. Ramesh took up a Product management role at Maxlite a little over 6 years ago, and managed to grow their indoor industrial and commercial line significantly. He was the key inventor of the c-Max control system that we've also discussed recently and also integrated c-Max into 7 product lines. Fun fact.. Ramesh and his wife both have the same educational background with the same degrees.. she is more of a designer and worked at Zumtobel. She does not work in Lighting anymore.
