This is a personal narrative reflecting my relationship with my mother who died six years ago in a fatal road accident. A trailer skipped a red light and crushed the vehicle in which my family was travelling. She didn’t make it. Which was just as well because her injuries were unthinkably severe. She remains in my soul somehow. Now that death has been overcome, the barriers lifted, I find myself more receptive and understanding her from a human being and a woman point of view. Here is to you Mom!
