On the show this week, I'm joined by Jon Christie who is a Director of the Russian Association of Rugby League Clubs. Rugby League in Russia had its official status revoked in 2010, meaning government support stopped. Since 2017 there has been no competitive rugby league and Jon's role is very much building the sport back up to where it was. We discuss that and the international game as a whole and ask whether the major players in the sport ie NRL should do more to grow the game abroad. That and much more on this week's edition of Shoulder Charge.
