Robbie Knox aka 'Tramp' from the vintage Soccer AM years has been around the block. 

In this podcast, he recounts run ins with Liam Gallagher, Sean Bean, Vernon Kay - pulling all nighters on set and trying to find a horse with 1 days notice. 

Nowadays, when he's not appearing on JaackMaate's Happy Hour (I'll take sloppy seconds), or fine tuning Tubes' YouTube channel - he's working tirelessly in the background to produce digital content for blue chip clients.

He also puts on a legendary FIFA tournament each year and I'm hoping to get an invite to the next one. That's why I asked him on, basically. 

As a vet of the game - he also assured me being in your mid to late twenties is f*cking weird but it soon subsides. I'll have to take his word for it.
