21 Step Two: Awareness of Being

Step Two is where we live as much as we can. We start our day intending that we will be aware of our being most often during the day. Our being is the doorway to the unlimited potential, the creative force that is available to us in every moment. We eliminate the compulsive thinking by being right here in our being. We perceive everything from this point of being. If we are alert and aware of our being, we will sense our emotional changes in the moment. We will use these changes to spiral upwards towards our higher intentions and self-realization. Through awareness of being, we feel good and serene. And through serenity, we open up all possibilities that are always available to us.
