He runs an amazing company that specializes in events for the elite, making their biggest wishes became a reality and that is how he gained his nickname “The Man That Makes Miracles Happen”. His client's requests range from going deep inside the ocean so they can see the titanic to take over museums for dinner parties. He loves helping entrepreneurs to make the best out of themselves, that is why he decided to create (STEVEDSISMS.COM) where he focuses on teaching and helping people to learn from the best on marketing, networking, etc.
The most unique event his company offers to people that are looking into not only have a unique experience but also give back to the community is the high-security prison meetings where he would take entrepreneurs as a guest to maximum security prisons where they would have the opportunity to interact and teach the inmates different skills to improve their lives for the best.

He shared with us the necessary steps to follow to properly delegate tasks on your team so you can improve the productivity in your company, business, and your overall life and how once you implement them you will be able to achieve your biggest potential avoiding getting stuck on that task that takes away most of your momentum.
One of the most important things to keep in mind when delegating a task is that the person you are delegating the task to is up to the challenge that’s why it is so important when delegating to trust but verify and Steve will explain to us what you should do it and how to properly act as a strong leader if when you verify you notice that your team has failed.
