This episode focuses on the federal government's unique ability and role in ending America's supply chain problem.  It builds on Episode 18 which discusses a solution to the supply chain problem.  The solution in Episode 18 uses both the private sector and government, but Episode 18 did not go into the government's role in great detail.  This episode (Episode 21) provides a greater and more thorough explanation of what the federal government should do to end the supply chain problem.
