An out of place therapy eve episode for this one. Reflections on lessons learned from relationships past, all the fun reasons I struggle letting go of people and things, as well as a path forward, and we introduce a brand new person! Look forward to listening to me gush about her, and how she’s opening my eyes to what a healthy relationship is supposed to look like. Can’t say it’s an action packed episode, but it’s lengthier than usual and I end up half in the bag by the end so what more can you ask for?
