21. UNCOVER YOUR JOY in Marriage- You CAN have deep joy in your marriage even when it's hard // with Beatriz Vargas Host of The Grace Fueled Wife Podcast
Marriage is HARD! Am I right or am I right?? I would be lying if I said that marriage has been easy for me. The rainbows, butterflies, and fantasy marriage that I dreamed of didn't exactly happen. For me, it hasn't been the Edward Cullen, Bella Swan fairytale that I envisioned, and I'm sure for a lot of you Wifey's, it's the same. Marriage is filled with ups and downs, hardships and trials and without the joy that we find alone in Christ, marriage can leave us empty, disappointed and discouraged. In Him is where we find our true source of joy and our true identity. Our identity isn't found in marriage and when we really grab onto who God sees US as and who God sees our HUSBAND as, then we can really begin to uncover the true joy that marriage holds for us. It requires grace, patience, and love, all things that are found within the ONE who created us. Join Beatriz and I as we uncover the joy that God has for us in marriage and how we can really step into it even when it is hard.
