In this episode, Chris catches up with his good friend and first mentor in the golf world, Tom Isaak. Tom was Chris’ math teacher in high school and the two developed a golfing relationship early in Chris’ high school career. Throughout high school, Tom played an integral role in developing Chris’ game through course management.

 

Tom is currently still teaching at Saint Augustine High School in San Diego where he is also the head golf coach. He coaches a team with over 30 young players trying to get better. The two discuss Toms start in golf, his professional career, and how to help young players enjoy the game.
