This week's host, Rahul Kapoor, first welcomes Russ Wilcox, the founder of E Ink Corporation, who talks about his career as an investor and entrepreneur.  As an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at the Harvard Business School's Innovation Lab, Russ works with start-ups in software, hardware, science, printing, imaging, robotics, and energy.

The second Guest is Dick Brass, former Microsoft Vice-President and Co-Founder of Volt Boats.  He also discusses his career, including his time at Microsoft where he was part of a team that developed a tablet-like product.
