Life is not about how much you succeed. The fact is you will have more failures than successes.

However, when you focus only on the outcome, you leave no room for improvement.Failure does not predict your achievement in life. It's simply a measure of what did not work at the time you were trying.
Successes are disguised as failures that are proof that you are trying to create your now with a plan to fail forward.
Instead of throwing in the towel and calling it quits when mistakes are made, start F.R.E.S.H.!
The K.I.S.S. ~ Start F.R.E.S.H.!- F = FORGIVE the failures.
- R = RESET the goal(s).
- E = EMBRACE the change.
- S = SIMPLIFY the plan.
- H = HARVEST the best.
The F.R.E.S.H. Start comes from your mindset.
When you want to throw in the towel and quit, you've said YES to FAIL. You're going no further.
However, when you fail forward and start F.R.E.S.H., that's when your failures are now your greatest lessons learned. And success is yours to claim!
