Mental health is something that all Canadians will contend with in some degree over their lifetime. According to the Canadian Mental Health Association, in any given year, one in five people in Canada will personally experience a mental health problem, or illness. Joining Straight From the CPA’s Mouth for this episode is Danielle Aquin, a recent successful writer of the Common Final Examination (CFE) and CPA candidate. Danielle is here to talk about her experiences studying and working through a professional program during a global pandemic, and the importance of finding balance, seeking support, and talking about struggles.
