This episode has a fantastic conversation with Dr. Tim Elmore and explores the nuances and realities in working with Gen Z.  Highlighting the importance of understanding individual circumstances rather than making assumptions is one of the key elements Dr. Elmore brings forward.   He emphasizes the need for empathy and communication to bridge the gap between different work cultures of the generations.
