Iāve been thinking a lot about accountabilityāthat word we see plastered on corporate value statements like itās the golden ticket to high performance. But hereās my hot take: accountability isnāt binary. Youāre not either āan accountable personā or youāre notāitās contextual.

I hope this episode gives you permission to drop the guilt, celebrate where you do show up, and take stock of where you want to improveāwithout falling into perfectionism. Youāre human. Iām human. Letās design our accountability, not judge it.
Thanks again for listening, and Iāll catch you tomorrow!
