It's been a few weeks since we recorded anything, and it was nice to be back in the studio - even though the AC was busted and it felt like we were recording in the goddamned jungle.

Regina Tippets is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) here in Utah who is part of the Secular Therapy project. She joined us in-studio to talk about her profession, depression, the high number of suicides in Utah, and to promote the Secular Therapy project.
