If we want to experience something new, have something new or do things in a new way it requires us to do things differently than we’ve always done them. It may look like getting a new hairstyle, or when you want new clothes, you try them on but instead this time, maybe try having a new way of looking at how those clothes look on you and instead of thinking your body is wrong and those clothes don’t fit you and they don’t look good on you. Turn it around and believe that the clothes are wrong and that you are interviewing them for your benefit. Changing the way, we think about things the way that we say things with her about ourselves or about others or to ourselves or to others creates a new way even new neural pathways in our brain so we can have a new experience..
