January's Workflow Wednesday Theme: Client Experience

Renee's Boutique Senior Photography Experience:

1. An inquiry comes through the website into Tave.

2.Renee sends out a template email to the potential client with her signature Senior Portrait Magazine that includes all the pricing and information and frequently asked questions, along with links for her site and instagram (and highlights) with all the information of how and why Renee does what she does. It’s a gateway into knowing who she is - as well as sharing pricing.

3. After a few emails/follow up, they're booked. This process can be automated, but Renee prefers to have a little dialogue with the client beforehand; and helps them figure out which session would be best for them.

4. Once booked, Renee sends a physical Welcome Packet (includes a digital copy as well) that includes samples announcements, branded swag, and album ordering information - the most important thing here being the How To Prep info (what to wear/what to expect with hair/makeup, etc.) - A few weeks before the session, she sends out an email preparing them for the session. This includes information on what to wear, a hair and makeup guide, and any additional session information.

5. The in-person ordering session is also scheduled and on the calendar.

6. On the day of the shoot, hair and makeup are provided. While getting hair and makeup done, Renee is looking through the outfits the client brought, deciding which would look best at each location.
