Cheryl Cardall is my instagram friend who aligns SO well on parenting values/philosophies. She's is a mom of 5 ages 12-23 and 5/5 have some sort of mental health challenge in varying severities! She's in the thick of it and using this parenting method for kids with hard behaviors in their teen years. This parenting isn't just for toddlers -- it's a lifestyle. And I'm so excited to talk with her all about it today.

Remember a few things, all behavior is communication. When our kids have difficult behaviors it's not our job to STOP THE BEHAVIOR. It's our job to try and figure out what's causing it, go beyond the behavior, support their needs, connect and help our kids through.
